In June 2026, Colbún S.A., through its Colbún Entrepreneurship Center (CEC), officially launched the 2026 call for the “Energy for Entrepreneurs Maule” program, an initiative designed to strengthen local ventures through intensive training, specialized mentoring, and seed financing of up to $3 million.
In June 2026, Colbún S.A., through its Colbún Entrepreneurship Center (CEC), officially launched the 2026 call for the “Energy for Entrepreneurs Maule” program, an initiative designed to strengthen local ventures through intensive training, specialized mentoring, and seed financing of up to $3 million.
The call is open to entrepreneurs and business owners from the communes of Colbún, San Clemente, and Yerbas Buenas, who can apply until June 11 through the program’s official website. A total of 35 participants will be selected to take part in a 48-hour face-to-face training process focused on key tools for developing sustainable and innovative businesses.
The program will deliver content on innovation, business models, marketing, sales, finance, applied artificial intelligence, project design, and effective pitching techniques, in addition to personalized advisory support and networking activities among entrepreneurs.
Those who successfully complete the training process may apply for one of the 18 seed grants available, with amounts ranging from $500,000 to $3 million, to strengthen and implement their projects.
José Luis Valenzuela, academic coordinator of the Colbún Entrepreneurship Center (CEC), highlighted the impact this new edition seeks to generate in the region:
“With Energy for Entrepreneurs Maule 2026, we want to provide practical tools so entrepreneurs can strengthen their business models, professionalize their projects, and generate real impact in their communities. Our focus is on supporting them throughout the process, empowering not only their technical capabilities but also the creation of networks and opportunities for sustainable growth.”
Carolina Jacques, Head of Communities for the Maule area, stated that this initiative seeks to strengthen entrepreneurs in the communes of Colbún, Yerbas Buenas, and San Clemente by building capacities, supporting entrepreneurial networks, and creating new opportunities for local development.
Applications are now open on the program’s official site, and the results of selected participants will be announced on June 18.
