This will materialize through the distribution of a provisional dividend that the Board will decide in the last quarter of the year and a final dividend to be distributed after the next Ordinary Shareholders Meeting. Additionally, the Board of Directors has the faculty to propose to the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting the distribution of additional dividends, to the extent that there are sufficient profits and liquidity for payment.
