Do you know how power is generated, how electricity reaches your home, what kinds of power stations we have in Chile, and how important it is to conserve our natural resources?

The Power Tour will take you on a visit to the facilities of several Colbún power stations. We’ll tell you how power stations work in the field, how they supply our electricity, and lots more. Five of our operating plants in Valparaiso, Maule, Biobio and Los Lagos Regions will open their doors to welcome your visit.

The carbon footprint is the total CO2 emissions and other greenhouse gases emitted by a person, organization, event or product. To offset these emissions, carbon credits are generated through renewable energy projects, among others. Colbún has 5 plants accredited to issue carbon credits, which allow the generation of clean energy and displace other sources of CO2.
