Renewable energy growth

Develop at least 4,000 MW of renewable energy by 2030, doubling Colbún's current capacity.

Gender equality

Achieve 25% women in total workforce by 2025 and 30% by 2030, focusing on male-dominated areas.

Workforce

Achieve more than 90% of employees "promoting" Colbún as a "great place to work".

Emissions reduction

To reduce the net CO2 emission factor by 30% by 2025 and 40% by 2030 in Chile (base 2018, ton CO2e/MWh).

To be a carbon neutral company by 2050.

Suppliers

Achieve a supplier NPS of more than 85 points.

Reducing water consumption

Operational target: Reduce freshwater withdrawal intensity by 40% by 2025 and 45% by 2030 (base 2018, m3 water/MWh).

Non-operational target: Reduce water withdrawal intensity of non-operational activities by 40% by 2025, focusing on water-scarce areas (base 2018, m3).

Waste Reduction

Becoming a "Zero Waste" Company

Recover 98% of Ash by 2025 (based on 2017-2020, tons).

Recover 35% of Waste (excluding ash) by 2025, and 50% by 2030.


Communities


Ensure Colbun is considered a good neighbour by more than 65% of communities.

Clients

Achieve an unregulated customer NPS of more than 75 points.
